The recent Health Care Reform Bill, formally known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, along with the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, has proven to be the largest piece of sweeping legislation affecting our health care system in decades. With all of the new regulations now signed by the President, what does it really mean for the construction industry? Topics will include various provisions in the Bill and their timeline of enforcement, as well as noteworthy tax implications for individuals and businesses.
